We are two people, at one time shared one dream
We met awhile back, but forever it seemed
Before you i didn't know the meaning of love, i always had it misunderstood
But i did try my best loving you as much as i could
I am sorry that the trust i had failed to die
I did my best, I really did try!
All my hoping also failed
I know your sorry for the times you bailed
Why did everything have to die?
We were once in love, and now goodbye?
Time seems to go by way to fast
But i do remember alot from my past
I still have a piece of you in my heart
Always coming back wanting to restart
I will never know the truth about you
Some things i said i'd wish i'd undo
I do still care thats coming from me
Even if friends is all we can be
